Its time for tracker to be put to rest. I will wait for a couple of days for the oils to dry and put a retouch varnish on it to bring all the colors up and to have a uniform glossiness.

This painting shows a contemporary mother fighting against a dark world for the survival of herself and her children. The torch symbolizes Jesus Christ, who leads her through darkness, the armor symbolizes the Holy Priesthood for protection, and the weapons represent the gospel and the word. She is battle-worn and scarred, tired yet determined. She is leading the way for others to follow.

I love the reflection of the light on this painting, the colors and the look on the trackers face. It is wonderful Anita!
Wow! I love the feeling on this whole painting.. I would feel so warm and safe with him nearby.
