The background trees are done. (and they're not blue). Blackberry vines are done as well as the big tree. Now, what to do with the orb?

This painting shows a contemporary mother fighting against a dark world for the survival of herself and her children. The torch symbolizes Jesus Christ, who leads her through darkness, the armor symbolizes the Holy Priesthood for protection, and the weapons represent the gospel and the word. She is battle-worn and scarred, tired yet determined. She is leading the way for others to follow.

How bouts some purply-aqua-ish radiance? There is so much green in this that it might blend too much...but ya. Lookin' frickin sweet though. Keep it up! Can't wait to see it finished.
